We prefer shipping by the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Larger items such as Fine Art Prints will be shipped by Fed Ex. All prices charged are very close to the actual shipping charge the carrier costs. All shipments are insured in case of loss in mail or damage. Please note that a package will usually take 7 to 10 days to get to
your destination. Priority Mail usually will take 3 to 5 days.

We have a large quantity of items in stock, but occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock. New products arrive on a regular basis. We will notify you immediately by phone or email if we are temporarily out of stock.
Return Policy:
Items purchased can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY, within 14 days. You must be able to show proof of purchase (receipt).
We do not issue any cash or creditcard refunds.
All marked-down merchandise are final - no refund, no return. Items returned must be unworn, unused and in resalable condition.
Items returned must be returned in a protective shipping carton.
Any returned special order item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. If exchanging an item, include the style number, size and color of the new item. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.
We will issue a store credit as soon as we receive your return. STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE ONLY. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Any Brighton item that was shipped and received broken will certainly be repaired. For repairs, please call us directly at 1-877-638-4556, we will issue you return instructions. Brighton has a wonderful customer service department and they have always stood behind their products.
